Job Opportunity – Customer Service

Responsibility:
- Handle customer service with a dedicated portfolio of customers
- Manage then the full scope of customers responsibilities from day to day contact, quotation up to order entry, order follow up and shipment process
- Be a gatekeeper for business and potential compliance issues
- Handle customers’ requests and enquires
- Interface with customers for shipment arrangement & payment
Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Knowledge in ERP software and watch components will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skill
- Self-motivated, independent, responsible, accurate and efficient
- Good data analysis
Immediately available is highly preferred
