Job Opportunity – Customer Service

Responsibility:

  • Handle customer service with a dedicated portfolio of customers
  • Manage then the full scope of customers responsibilities from day to day contact, quotation up to order entry, order follow up and shipment process
  • Be a gatekeeper for business and potential compliance issues
  • Handle customers’ requests and enquires
  • Interface with customers for shipment arrangement & payment

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • Knowledge in ERP software and watch components will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skill
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible, accurate and efficient
  • Good data analysis 

Immediately available is highly preferred
