Job Opportunity – Planning and Material Control Specialist

Job objectives:
The position primary guarantees on time delivery of finished products with dynamic production planning, proper material inventory and logistics optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of on-time delivery by managing kick-off meeting up to delivering as scheduled on the agreed client delivery date.
- Prepares the production planning and monitoring.
- Review inventory availability, supplier delivery planning with purchasing department, identify shortage if lack of delivery.
- Schedules picking date leading to assembling/production date.
- Reviews daily assembling output and prepare workers quantity request and costs.
- Updates at any time how much is the cost for internal operations (labor cost) and also must send packing instructions to packing department.
- Alerts production line in case of potential capacity issue between forecast and actual capacity.
Qualifications:
- With at least 3-5 years working experience as PMC Specialist in a Manufacturing or Watch industry is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
