How FINS works

Our simulator is designed to present a simplified and quick version of how FINS, our JIT supply chain management software, can streamline your cashflow when you leverage it to its potential. It rests on assumptions that have been tested and that are achievable for all our clients.

The simulator will therefore rest on the assumption that your target inventory is 4-weeks coverage and that you have managed to put in place a weekly re-order.

When using FINS, your lead times will be reduced to around 15 days compared to the standard 90 days for OEM. Furthermore, FINS does not have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) enabling you to practice pull manufacturing; replenishing only what you’ve sold. This allows you to make smaller, more precise investments in inventory replenishment. The outcome is that you’ll have a streamlined cash flow, freeing up cash for other critical activities your brand needs to grow.
